My passion is not only for cake decorating but also for the baking. The cake needs to taste as good as it looks and thats why I make sure I use all fresh ingredient. Free range eggs, sugar, fresh cream, chocoloate is always the best quality I can buy.  I cook all my own cakes, make all ganache, buttercream and delicious fillings…..
